Buyers are increasingly looking for homes that offer more than finishes and floor area. They want homes that feel calm, balanced and considered, and they will pay a premium for them. The Harmoni Certification Program gives your project a credible, independent point of difference that few developments can claim.

Working alongside your design team, we review your floor plans, landscaping plans and colour selections against Feng Shui principles, using the same spatial logic that underpins good architecture: orientation, flow, entry, light, and the relationship between the building and its site. Where a plan needs adjusting, we provide clear, practical recommendations your architect or designer can implement, ideally before construction begins, when changes cost the least.

Once the design meets our standard, your home is certified as Feng Shui inspired and designed. Your certification includes:

• Harmoni Certificate, confirming the home as Feng Shui inspired and designed
• Property-specific marketing flyer, tailored to the home and ready for open inspections and online listings
• Listing description for your agent, written to present the home's Feng Shui features clearly and credibly to buyers
• Settlement or handover gift, a considered finishing touch that makes the buyer's first moment in the home memorable

Together, these give your agent a distinctive and verifiable selling point, help your listing stand apart in a crowded market and support a stronger sale price.

Harmoni Certification is built for builders and developers who want to differentiate their product, attract discerning buyers and position their homes at the premium end of the market, without slowing down the build.
